Faulty packaging

To tell you about an experience I had chemo and my head was very sore. I used your product and it helped very much.

I used ur shampoo from last 15 years. But now i found sudden change in that.
Shampoo quality become very poor and wrapper is so hard and color and fragrance also change. I and its results are not good now even not able to clear hair properly.
